　　Responsibilities

　　Sell and serve chef case food items to customers.

　　Maintains working knowledge of chef case food items.

　　Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick and personal service.

　　Initiate dialogue with customers. Learning their names, favorite products and food items.

　　Generate customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns.

　　Communicate customer complaints/concerns to manager

　　Qualifications

　　Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.

　　Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.

　　Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude. 

　　Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations

　　Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
