  The Technology Enablement team is responsible for driving the adoption and enablement of technology solutions across all of LinkedIn’s go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Sales, GTM Operations and Customer Success. With a mission to empower LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization to effortlessly leverage our internal processes and technology to be more successful and productive in their roles, we strategically partner cross-functionally with Research and Development (product, engineering, product marketing) and GTM Operations to embed technology as a catalyst behind the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver value to our members and customers.

  As a Change Specialist - Technology Enablement, you will own the end-to-end enablement experience for our stakeholders, designing, orchestrating, and executing complex change management initiatives. You will serve as a central hub, ensuring broad coordination across numerous cross-functional teams. You should be a self-starter ready to redefine the status quo when it comes to tech adoption.

  This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York City or Chicago.

  Responsibilities:

  Champion innovation, driving adoption of the internal product/tech roadmap by crafting comprehensive change management plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams..

  Translate technical requirements and complex operational policies and processes to a global, customer-facing sales and support audience.

  Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for technology enablement initiatives. Program stakeholders include product, engineering, product marketing, and GTM Operations.

  Use large sets of data and information to drive decision-making and recommendations.

  Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in technology enablement.

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related area of study

  3+ years of experience in technology enablement, change management or a related field

  Experience working for a fast-paced, complex global enterprise with multiple stakeholders

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Organizational & Industrial Psychology, or a related field

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Change Management Certifications (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)

  Previous sales, sales operations, and/or customer support experience

  The pay range for this role is $96,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
