Description

　　Robert Half is currently hiring for a CFO for a client of ours to work part time in Knoxville, TN. The CFO will be in a non-traditional CFO position, managing the office, Human Resource functions as well as overseeing the accounting and finance department.

　　The CFO will work on-site 3 days a week for our client in a contract-to-hire position.

　　Overseeing annual budgeting, research and report variances between actual cost and budget cost. Attends all Executive committee and board meetings to report current finance status. Meets with Finance chair to review trial balance and bank reconciliations.

　　Overseeing accounting and financial departments.

　　Monitors monthly cash flow, recommending policies for accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.

　　Overseeing payroll, year-end reporting, human resource records, vacation, sick days and benefit plans.

　　Overseeing banking and asset accounts.

　　Managing office space maintenance and repairs are scheduled and accurately done.
