　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　$20,000.00 sign on bonus for external, qualified candidates with at least 1 year of experience (2-year commitment required)

　　As the Certified Surgical First Assistant, you will assist the surgical team in preparing the operative suite for procedures.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

　　Certified as a First Assistant with a nationally recognized organization that is accepted in the state of Tennessee (NBSTSA)

　　CPR certification.

　　Training and experience related to assisting surgical cases.

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
