Job Title: Certified Personal Trainer Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and certified personal trainer to join Anytime Fitness Robinson. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and possess the knowledge and skills to design personalized workout programs. As a certified personal trainer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through effective exercise routines, providing nutritional advice, and offering motivation to promote a healthy lifestyle. Responsibilities: * Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific needs or limitations. * Design and implement customized workout programs tailored to individual clients, considering their fitness objectives, preferences, and medical history. * Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform movements safely and effectively. * Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout programs as needed to help them achieve desired results. * Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors that contribute to overall well-being. * Motivate and inspire clients to adhere to their fitness plans, fostering a positive and encouraging training environment. * Stay informed about industry trends, new fitness methodologies, and advancements in exercise science to continuously enhance expertise. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and assessment results. * Conduct group fitness classes and workshops as needed. * Teach Small Group Training (SGT) sessions * Stay current with CPR and AED certifications. Qualifications: * Nationally recognized certification as a personal trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). * CPR and AED certifications. * Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate various fitness levels and individual needs. * Passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. * Proven experience in designing effective and results-driven workout programs. * Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified personal trainer (preferred).
