Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time 7am to 3pm; 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am
Certified Nursing Assistant, 8 hour Shift required to work every otherweekend and rotate 3 holidays per year.

Essential Responsibilities:
CNA should assist residents with daily bath, dressing, grooming, dentalcare, bowl and bladder functions, preparation for medical tests andexams, ear and eye care and positioning in and out of beds, chairs,bathtubs, etc.
CNA should provide nursing functions as directed by supervisor includingdaily perineal care, catheter care, change dressings, turn residents inbed, sponge baths, measure and record temperature, pulse andrespirations, weigh and measure residents, perform restorative andrehabilitative procedures and observe and report presence of skinbreakdowns; review care plans daily; report changes in residentconditions to supervisor; and, record all necessary charting entries andreport all accidents and incidents.
CNA should prepare residents for meals and snacks; identify foodarrangement and assist in feeding residents as needed; record food andfluid intake; and, perform after-meal resident care
CNA should maintain resident confidentiality; treat residents withkindness, dignity and respect; how and comply with Residents rightsrules; and, promptly report all resident complaints, accidents andincidents to supervisor.
Assist as directed in proper admission, transfer and discharge ofresidents; inventory resident possessions and report food articles andmedications found in resident rooms; and, report defective equipment toadministration.
Understand and use Universal Precautions and follow establishedinfections control, hazardous communication and other safety rules;ensure cleanliness of assigned residents rooms; properly maintain andrecord resident restraints; and, promptly report all violations ofsafety and sanitation rules to supervisor.
Attend and participate in orientation, training, educational activitiesand staff meetings.
