　　1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM12 Hour Day Shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM12 Hour Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMAlso accepting submissions for PRN (Per Diem) schedules.

　　Provides resident centered care in accordance with policies and procedures while consistently addressing and communicating resident needs and concerns.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:
