　　Under the direction of the Director of Nursing certified caregivers willprovide:

　　excellent resident centered care

　　assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance toservice plan of care

　　assist with medications and administer them in a timely fashion perphysicians orders

　　observe for any potential side effects or interactions and report themto the Director of Nursing and residents physician

　　observe and report changes in residents health status to the Director ofNursing and the physician when applicable

　　accurately document the administration of medications and services usingthe electronic health record system

　　assist with housekeeping duties as directed to contribute to theresidents quality of life

　　Other responsibilities as directed
