CDL A ASSOCIATE DRIVER - ENFIELD LOCAL DELIVERY JOB ID - 2023-8515CATEGORY - Drivers and Transportation JOB TYPE - Regular Full-TimeSHIFT - Any Position Summary: Class A CDL Associate Driver is a driverwith less than one year of current Class A CDL driving experience.Martin-Brower will hire individuals with less than one year ofexperience and enter them into our Associate Driver training program.Driver Associates will perform driver duties that will allow them togain the necessary experience to qualify for a Professional Driverposition with Martin-Brower after successfully completing the program.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Deliveringproducts to our customer utilizing various methodologies that mayinclude manual conveyors, carts or pallets in a multi-temperatureenvironment Effectively maneuver equipment on lots with obstacles andlimited space Provide exceptional customer service to each customerAccurately complete necessary paperwork Utilize on-board computerprogram (XATA) Understand and abide by all Company policies, governmentregulations, and safe work processes at all times Any other duties asassigned Required Skills and Experience: 21 years of age Valid Class ACDL Acceptable MVR Less than 1 year of commercial or equivalent militarydriving experience Agree to satisfactorily complete the company?s entrylevel Driver Training program Willing to work any schedule, includingweekends, due to our 24/7 environment Customer-focused, team-playerattitude Demonstrated safety behavior This position must pass apost-offer background and drug test.
