　　The role we are offering you:

　　By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to Project controller tasks in a multidiscipline team. Are you ready to:

　　Support team on Services and Delivery: planning, deadlines, manages and/or supports the processing of invoices and credit memos;

　　Receive priorities from customers and GL and ensure planning is aligned with priorities;

　　Communicate regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs;

　　Support with correction of charge codes ;

　　Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan;

　　Participate and support special projects related to improvement initiatives.

　　Preferred Education

　　Pursuing College’s or undergraduate degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline, 3rd or 4th year completed.

　　Location of the internship is in Montreal, QC.

　　Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

　　*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

　　*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
