CCRI Task Lead

Our depends on a CCRI Task Lead joining our team to always improve the defensive posture of the DODIN-A (NG) in accordance with applicable DoD and Army cybersecurity guidance and regulations.
GDIT has an opening for a CCRI Task Lead position supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) in Falls Church/Arlington, VA. This is an IT Service Management contract in support of the operation, modernization, expansion, and further evolution of the ARNG’s global Information Technology (IT) services including networking, compute, storage, infrastructure, applications, hosting, and program management services. The GECOS program supports the ARNG enterprise IT infrastructure, its Wide Area Network (WAN), authentication and directory services, cybersecurity, application hosting, and associated services. GECOS uses ITIL best practices framework as the basis for IT Service Management (ITSM) model.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.
How the CCRI Task Lead will make an impact:
Plan, coordinate, schedule, and track all CCRI preparatory meetings with States pending CCRI inspections. Ensure the schedule is free of deconfliction with NWIC, NGB, State, and Enterprise tasking. Work with NIWC, NGB, and RCC-Leadership to create schedules for all states pending CCRI inspections.
Schedule specific state CCRI Pre-inspection meeting requirements, including introduction briefings, scoping calls, deep dives, self-assessments, and ACAS/AESS report reviews.
Coordinate with NIWC, NGB, and State technology area SMEs to conduct deep dive briefings. Provide states with guidance on CCRI requirements and teach methodologies that ensure adherence to CCRI requirements.
Construct and provide briefs for each state in the CCRI Preparatory Cycle, providing schedule overviews, specific state requirements, pending enterprise tickets, and state Title 10 equipment status.
Ensure states provide the proper documentation to adequately determine their current cybersecurity posture in relation to CCRI Requirements. Assist states with creating and meeting self-assessment requirements. Assist states with constructing their NAD.
Provide states with recommendations for corrections for all required documents. Work with adjacent teams to provide states with specific Title 10 requirements and input that information into state scoping workbooks and NADs. Provide states with POA&Ms on Title 10 assets hosted within their states and with a STIG checklist for Title 10 assets.
Pull reports for ACAS and AESS, build ACAS and AESS scorecards, and incorporate reports into weekly PowerPoint briefings and brief reports. Assist states in determining ACAS and AESS discrepancies and work with states to correct discrepancies by providing personal expertise or coordinating with SMEs. Construct and manage POA&Ms for Title 10 equipment, and coordinate with adjacent teams to ensure timely updates to existing POA&Ms.
Design, maintain, and improve the process for state CCRI engagement. Construct and maintain an iterative process to ensure the successful completion of CCRI objectives for all organizations within the ARNG.
Address state CCRI concerns and questions, providing answers based on experience, SME guidance, or CRIA direction.
Work with adjacent teams to resolve state tickets and issues—track ticket status for each state within the CCRI Preparatory process.
Construct and provides briefs to the RCC-NG to cover the current CCRI status for each state.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education/Equivalent Training Required:
Bachelor’s and/or 5+ years of IT management experience including network engineering and cybersecurity support. Desired degree: Cybersecurity or Network Engineering. Will consider other combinations of years of experience, degree, and certifications.Unique/Additional Requirements:

Certification Requirements:
Must Possess the appropriate baseline certification(s) to achieve DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (Security+)
Will need to obtain an additional computing environment certification within six-month of hire (i.e., CISSP, ITIL).
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a minimum of an active Secret clearance at time of interview and candidate must maintain active clearance.Work Location:
Fairview Park, Falls Church, VA. 3 days onsite with up to 2 days telework. Onboarding/transition in period requires on-site support up to 45 days, if performance is good, telework can be considered part time, but no more than 2 days a week. Could change to full time on site on direction by management or government.Travel:
