Job Summary

In charge of end-to-end indirect purchasing process to support facility and manage multiple resources to delivery superior results.

What You Will Do

Pro-actively support facility production need and ensure no shut down

Responsible and accountable for development, and/or communication and implementation of a local or regional sourcing strategy

Manage and negotiate with suppliers in commercial terms and reach cost reduction goal

Leadership on strategical discussion with multiple BU stakeholders

Lead e-sourcing and RFx bidding and make sourcing decision

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with each related BU function reach agreement

Report out spend/ saving data by monthly dashboard in time

Ensure local Governance and compliance aligning to Purchasing practice and processes

What You Have

Effective Communications

Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Have experience in working in diverse culture and could communicate well with customers, suppliers, procurement teams to achieve business goals.

Interpersonal Relationships:

Supplier consolidation ability and the experience of regular collaboration with key customers from PQVC/QCLDM.

The ability to demonstrate an understanding of alternative points of view.

Data Analytics:

Able to analyze market trend and creatively benchmark should cost module.

Able to advise stakeholders on the relationship between financial, performance, and operational data used in business data analytics.

The ability to interpret potential risks, threats, and opportunities to achieve business goals.

Negotiating:

The ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Skills in active listening and probing techniques to surface problems, issues, and interests.

Purchasing Tasks and Activities:

Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing

Experiences of using procurement systems and tools, like SAP

Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and contract specifications.
