  Client Team Analyst

  Hybrid Position Must live in Jacksonville Area

We are seeking a dynamicClient Team Analyst to be a key contributor to the Client team concerning Analysis, Objective Attainment, and Communication between Client Services, the Markets, and our Clients. This role will support key business opportunities by recommending solutions based on applicable data; proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and category management insights; and coordinate with Client teams and communicate key follow up issues and objectives from our various Clients.

  Responsibilities:

  Quantify business opportunities and key drivers by analyzing data and providing recommendations for incremental growth.

  Provide information for Clients, Customers, and Markets through the use of syndicated and other data resources.

  Develop Category Management relationships with clients and the markets to better understand client needs and provide consumer insights and best practices.

  Assist in developing scorecards and tracking key KPI’s like new items, display activity, special packs, etc.

  Responsible for capturing data and organizing sales stories for presentations to Clients, Customers, and Market personnel.

  Manage specific requests that would be generated by the Client, CTL’s, and the Company Sales Leadership that would include customer analysis, new business analysis, and client reviews.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree inMathematics, Business, or other major which focused on heavy dataor equivalent experiencerequired

  2-3 Years of experience as an analyst

  Retail Industry experience is preferred but not required

  Must have previous experience analyzing and identifying data “trends”

  Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment

  Intermediate to advanced analytical and research skills; Knowledge of analytical concepts and methodologies

  Job Duty

  Business Analysis to provide direction that results in driving the Sales of our Clients.

  Support key business opportunities by recommending solutions based on applicable data.

  Quantify business opportunities and key drivers by analyzing data and providing recommendations for incremental growth.

  Provide information for Clients, Customers, and Markets through the use of syndicated and other data resources.

  Category Management and Project Support

  Develop Category Management relationships with clients and the markets to better understand client needs and provide consumer insights and best practices.

  Proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and category management insights.

  Client KPI Achievement

  Assist in developing scorecards and tracking key KPI’s like new items, display activity, special packs, etcPresentation Delivery and Communication

  Responsible for capturing data and organizing sales stories for presentations to Clients, Customers, and Market personnel

  Coordinate with Client teams and communicate key follow up issues and objectives from our various Clients

  Manage Ad-Hoc requests.

  Manage specific requests that would be generated by the Client, CTL’s, and the Company Sales Leadership that would include customer analysis, new business analysis, and client reviewsSupervisory Responsibilities

  Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job

  Minimum Qualifications

  The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

  Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  Field of Study/Area of Experience: Mathematics, Business, or other major which focused on heavy data

  2-3 Years of experience as an analyst

  Retail Industry experience is preferred but not required

  Must have previous experience analyzing and identifying data “trends”

  Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

  Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment

  Solid interpersonal skills

  Intermediate to advanced analytical and research Skills

  Knowledge of analytical concepts and methodologies

  Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

  Good written and verbal communication skills

  Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline

  Environmental & Physical Requirements

  Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
