This position is Part-Time, On Call.

　　Amentum is seeking multiple Food Service Workers on Andros Island, Bahamas to work as part of a close knit team, as well as independently, to accomplish a range of functions as you support AUTEC. Must be a citizen of the Bahamas. Must reside in the Bahamas.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Demonstrate excellent customer service with a positive demeanor when dealing with customers.

　　Greet and take customer orders, remember special requests, and deliver food in a timely manner.

　　May perform cashiering duties, as required.

　　Set up food service, kitchen, or salad area facilities, equipment, and utensils, under detailed instruction and in accordance with specific area needs.

　　Checks food temperatures and/or prepares areas for daily operation.

　　Prepare or assist in the preparation of meals as appropriate to the position.

　　Help cooks with food preparation duties for the day by cutting, peeling, or slicing as needed.

　　Follows prescribed procedures in setting up hot and cold food lines; chooses proper utensils and sets hot line to appropriate temperature for menu items. Assuring proper levels of quality food is maintained on the line.

　　Replenishes foods, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays at serving stations.

　　Clean, wash and maintain work areas, including floors, facilities, pots, pans, service ware, utensils, and equipment; collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers; as appropriate to the area of operation always adhering to safety and sanitation standards

　　Assist with cleaning the restaurant and dining area by and wiping down tables as needed.

　　Must be willing to work flexible schedules which may include early or late shifts and working weekends/holidays.

　　Maintains food service sanitation standards by Florida State Health Codes and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

　　Assist all other fellow employees in completing all duties for that shift.

　　Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Must be a citizen of the Bahamas. Must reside in the Bahamas.

　　Good organization and time management skills.

　　Great interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Ability to multitask and be adaptable to change in plans.

　　Self-motivated.

　　Available to work holidays, weekend and extended hours as needed.

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

　　Knowledge of Food Safety.
