　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Inside Sales / Cashier Fox River Decorative Stone 1300 IL Route 31, South Elgin 60177 Fox River Deco is one of the largest suppliers of Landscape, Hardscape and Masonry products within the Illinois. https://www.foxriverstone.com The Inside Sales/Cashier is responsible for weighing trucks, serves as a cashier, pro-actively sells and provides service to smaller to medium sized accounts and supports field sales and office operations by performing various administrative tasks. This position will be at the Decorative Stone yard in South Elgin, IL. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed. Position Hours April-October hours are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm & Sat 7am-Noon November-March hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.

　　WHAT YOU'll BE DOING

　　● Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

　　● Weighs trucks and tickets outbound sales, maintains accurate and COD records.

　　● Outbound prospecting calls for sales growth, courtesy calls for maintaining current long term customer relationships, outbound quote follow up calls in an attempt to close sale.

　　● Qualify customers and establish account pricing for orders and cccountability for resolving customer credit issues.

　　● Manage all inside sales customer service issues and field issues when appropriate.

　　● Gather intelligence on all market products

　　● Prepare data needed in sales budgets, sales reports and market analysis

　　● Develops plans to maximize potential of accounts: uses good account management practices

　　● Tracking and management of major sales opportunities as they progress through the selling process.

　　● Handle other duties as assigned.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Education: High School diploma/GED

　　Work Experience: 1-3 years within the Landscape/Masonry/Aggregate products industry and construction knowledge is desired

　　Computer and Software Skills: Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) #CB2 IND7

　　Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.

　　Additional Requirements

　　Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
