About Cash Posting Supervisor

  As our Cash Posting Supervisor, you will bring your analytical acumen to the forefront of our revenue cycle management process. You will play a pivotal part in pinpointing and resolving workflow challenges. If you are passionate about finance and have a knack for leading a team effectively toward excellence, this role is for you.

  To thrive in this role, you’ll employ your expertise in analytics to evaluate and enhance our revenue cycle management. Your organizational and leadership skills will be crucial in conducting operational meetings with a focus on boosting overall performance. Attention to detail is key as you'll be responsible for preparing and providing reports on key AR metrics.

  You’ll use your proven experience in cash posting, revenue cycle management, and prompt follow-up to resolve discrepancies. Knowledge of accounting principles in healthcare or financial services settings will help you reconcile accounts efficiently.

  Here’s What You Can Expect

  Oversee the daily operations of the cash posting team, ensuring accurate and timely posting of all cash receipts.

  Manage and monitor the revenue cycle process, identifying and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

  Generate and review reports related to cash posting activities, providing insights and recommendations accordingly.

  For this US-based position, the base pay range is $40,305.57 - $63,822.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
