　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The Cash Posting Batch Analyst Team Lead is responsible for coordinating day to day activities for the Batch processes. This includes coordination of all batch analyst activities to assure that standards are adhered to and that the process functions efficiently and accurately.

　　Provides introductory and ongoing training and education to Cash Posting Batch Analyst to ensure that policies and procedures are followed

　　Trend errors and provide data to appropriate Manager/Director

　　Run Aging Reports daily to ensure timeliness of line corrections

　　Notify Manager/Controller if BatchNet has not been updated

　　Meets with the Cashiering Manager/Controller regularly to effectively communicate and resolve Batch Report issues, set and prioritize goals and improve processes

　　Correct all payment rejections and make any correction through the system if possible within 7 calendar days

　　Assists with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards

　　Assist manager with development and implementation of project and department action plans

　　Assists with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards

　　Assist the Manager in maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, patient, and customer service policies

　　Perform quality reviews as required by Parallon/SSC policy

　　Work as a liaison between team members and SSC staff

　　Assist manager with developing team goals and action plans

　　Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”

　　Other duties as assigned

　　High School diploma or GED required.

　　At least one year of related experience required
