　　Legal/Law Firm Accounts Receivables experience REQUIRED Randstad is excited to be partnering with a Law Firm that is seeking to hire a Cash Applications and Collections Specialist. This position will be FULLY REMOTE and requires recent background within a law firm's AR department - if this is not you please do NOT APPLY. Our client is growing and can offer career stability and growth potential. They're a mid-size firm the multiple offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands full-cycle Accounts Receivable within the legal industry. This role will not be open for very long - if interested please . 　　Responsibilities

　　Track and review AR reports and payments

　　Process invoices submitted electronically, faxed, emailed, and/or hard copies

　　Post Cash on time, including wire payments, lockbox receipts, and physical checks

　　Manager refund processing procedure

　　Partner with AR manager and AP to finalize refund requests and cut checks

　　Maintain all deposits and withdrawals for multiple accounts

　　Cut all checks and drafting wires sent from multiple accounts

　　Post GL transactions monthly
