Description

　　We are looking for a case specialist to join a non-profit organization here in San Diego, Ca! This individual must be able to speak Dari or Farsi. This role is an immediate start and is intended to be a long-term contract.

　　Customer Service/ Case Management – Client Services. Interfacing and interacting with different individuals

　　Working day to day with Social Services – serving individuals with disabilities – working with welfare and workers

　　-Working with appropriate parties to review case files

　　Collaborating with a team to get applications submitted-Assisting with various projects throughout the office

　　-Case file review, follow-up and processing for release of payment.

　　-Assist ASIP participants with necessary case management services and housing assistance referrals.

　　Respond to routine requests for information concerning cases.

　　Ensure accurate maintenance of case files, consistent update and review for completion.

　　Requirements

　　-Strong attention to detail

　　-Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and handle in a timely manner

　　-Must speak Dari or Farsi

　　-Working knowledge of excel, word and typing with minimal errors

　　-Previous experience handling high volume projects
