OK, heres a list of some of the things youll be doing.Some of the Essential Duties: 1. Provides crisis intervention to the homeless individuals and families facing housing emergencies.2. Conducts thorough needs assessment and develops a service plan to address identified, concrete needs using a short-term intervention model.3. Maintains current and accurate documentation of services provided to clients.4. Provides short-term case management focusing on assessing factors precipitating housing, transportation, medical, food insecurity, utilities, burial, etc. crisis.5. Develops and implements preventative measures to reduce risk of eviction in the immediate future.6. Maintains HMIS Database for consumers served through CCOSU.6.<span style="color: blac
