　　Compensation:    $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

　　Hours:    7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Full Time, 40 hours per week)

　　Location:   9776 Katella Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92841

　　What You Will Do:

　　· Manage a caseload up 15 clients to ensure they are receiving the necessary supports to maximize their abilities

　　· Supervise and train Direct Care staff to ensure they are providing proper supports and are tracking client progress

　　· Communicate with stakeholders and circle of support to share progress

　　· Prepare semi and annual client progress reports

　　· Work with a BCBA to help with the development of individual service plans

　　· Work onsite at 1524 E. Mayfair Ave., Orange, CA 92867

　　What’s Required:

　　· A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or other human services field or two years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program

　　· A working knowledge and/or experience in behavior intervention for clients with developmental disabilities

　　· An acceptable driving record and current valid driver’s license

　　· Must have or be able to have finger print clearance

　　· Must have TB clearance and health screening

　　$22 without a Degree,  $24 with a Degree starting wage
