About Case Manager

　　Full-time 36-40 hours a week. Pay $17.00 to $20.46 per hour. Bachelor's Degree in a Social Work, Counseling, or Related Human Service Field. At lease 1 year experience working with specific population to be served and related license and/or certification. Mus have valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Will be providing a variety of services to consumers who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, with the overall goal of ensuring consumers receive appropriate care and have access to resources that promote their wellbeing.
