A Case Management Assistant is a vital role for our organization and the people we support. As a CMA you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, assembling annual packets, taking meeting minutes as well as doing office projects. This role will also serve as a backup in our Administrative Office in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

Types reports, agendas, correspondence as requested in a timely manner.

Maintains master files.

Provides backup coverage as needed in the administrative office.

Records minutes at meetings as requested.

Qualifications

A working knowledge of office principles, practices and procedures.

Demonstrates knowledge in the use of computers and computer programs.

Ability to plan, organize and facilitate effective communication through clear speaking and writing.

Pay Range

$17.12 - $25.68 /hour
