　　NOTE - The pay rate for this job is $19 - $26 / hour

　　 Responsibilities:

　　Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

　　Work with metal and wood framing, use hand or electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework, read and understand blueprints and drawings.

　　Be confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:  

　　Be at least 18+ years of age

　　Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs, use of power drills and tools, self motivator, work part of a team, minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.

　　Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

　　Prior experience in the commercial field required

　　Position may require a drug screen
