Job Description:

　　Aerotek is hiring immediately for a maintenance technician! Looking for a general maintenance tech / maintenance supervisor that can assist with property maintenance of a 180 unit apartment complex in the greater Boston area! This person needs to excel in the electrical / hvac / and plumbing field. No specific license is required however you will be contacting and communicating with vendors if an issue that requires one arises. This job is a standard 8-4:30 and on call in case of emergencies. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

　　Preferred EPA certification

　　3+ years of general technician experience

　　RFP experience
