　　Duties:

　　Answer Airline's telephone and take appropriate action when necessary and/or required.

　　Service customers at counter. Interact with customer to ensure complete and accurate shipping documents and all documents related to terminating shipments. Collect record and properly process all monies from customers.

　　Customer Notification -Advise customers via telephone and written notification of the arrival of shipments. Inform shipper of cost of freight and storage charges if applicable.

　　Airway Bill Input - Complete airway bills, required data entry and update computer records. Review paperwork and information to ensure accuracy and completion.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a High school diploma or GED; Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write in English; Must be able to pass all pre-employment background and drug test; Must be able and flexible to work full-time, overtime (if needed), weekend and/or holidays; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; Must be able to obtain and maintain all required City of Houston and Custom Border Patrol badge/seal
