　　Job Summary

　　Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Butler PA:

　　2 days a week - Monday - Sunday (6 hours one day and 7 hours the other day) - Client does not want two days in a row. He wants it spaced out. 

　　Client Diagnosis: Heart Condition, Chronic Frailty, Fall Risk, Mobility Impairment, Cirrhosis of the Liver

　　Duties may include but not limited to:

　　Cooking and Light Housekeeping

　　Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

　　Grocery Shopping

　　Companionship

　　Range of Motion Exercises

　　Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

　　Driving to Appointments and Errands

　　Walking and Transfer Assistance

　　Medication Reminders

　　ADL's

　　Ambulation

　　Change Depends

　　Transportation - MUST HAVE A VEHICLE

　　Caregiver Requirements: 

　　At least 1 year experience

　　2 Step TB Test 

　　Pass Criminal Background Checks

　　Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting

　　Covid-19 Vaccination
