As the Cardiovisio Sales/Market Development Leader, you will be responsible for the regional business strategy of Cardiovisio in USCAN. This role will lead the market development as well as the end-to-end sales and install process at assigned Key accounts. In this role, the individual must be a self-starter, strategic thinker, action, and output driven, thrive in a fast paced environment, and succeed in communicating with all levels within the organization and within customer institutions. Job Description
CardioVisio is a market first digital product from GE HealthCare that organizes and displays clinically relevant data for patients suffering from atrial fibrillation, as an intuitive longitudinal patient record with actionable insights tailored to each patient. Implementing this tool in the clinic can help close care gaps, save time, and identify more patients eligible for ablation and other recommended therapies.
Responsibilities
Develop long-term, innovative & collaborative partnerships for Cardiovisio, and structure unique business models to expand access to care and deliver better outcomes.
Develops relationships with Cardiovascular Service line leaders, Physicians and IT leaders at key assigned accounts.
Understands the customer needs and tailor’s solutions to meet their objectives.
Owns customer engagement for all Cardiovisio meetings – coordinate agenda, objectives, GEHC attendees, customer attendees and interactions.
Provides Monthly initiatives updates to regional and global leadership.
Builds physician and administrator reference list related to Cardiovisio within assigned accounts.
Leverages ESC’s, CCALs and CVIT teams to build strategies and action plans that ensure achievement of assigned customer and business goals.
Collaborates with the global and regional marketing, service, commercial and other functions as needed to support Cardiology customers and outcomes.
Measures and monitors competitive activities.
Work with regional commercial teams for high level clinical discussions with CXO’s and department heads by communicating the value propositions of products and solutions for Cardiovisio product portfolio and drive value.
Support commercial teams to achieve the quarterly and yearly Product/Solution/Service P&L Operating Plan specific to Cardiovisio.
Collect feedback from customers & internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates will have 7+ years of demonstrated med tech sales or clinical experience, specifically with Cardiology diagnostic/Cardiovascular IT
Deep understanding of clinical cardiology and recent trends in the management of cardiovascular disease.
Established relationships/network of Cardiologists (Ideally EP) and CV Service Line Leaders.
Experience with Analytics and Digital solutions.
Ability to engage in consultative discussions with healthcare executives, clinicians, or administrators.
Ability to facilitate and project mange within a matrix organization.
Ability to travel approximately 50%.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,480.00-$189,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
