　　Our Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital Team focuses on the care of our cardiovascular patients.

　　As the nurse navigator, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who are referred to our cardiovascular center in a hybrid clinic setting. Supporting the Cardiovascular Services team in Cardiovascular related MRI, CV-CT, imaging, clinic and more. Mix of inpatient diagnostics and clinic.

　　Patient Population: Cardiovascular patients

　　Hours: Full Time | 3/12’s Mon-Fri | Rotating weekends every 3 rd week.

　　Great opportunity to pick up extra shift weekly if interested

　　Flex one morning | weekly Weds evening Valve Clinic til 7pm.

　　Flex one morning | 1x per mos Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic the 4 th Thur of every month

　　Experience: RN applicants MUST have a minimum 2+ years of full time Telemetry or Cardiovascular RN experience, also preferred/not required outpatient clinic experience.

　　Preferred additional skillset; Excellent communication and organization, capable of working autonomously, excellent Telemetry clinical knowledge and background.

　　REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS

　　EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

　　MAJOR – Nursing

　　Experience of minimum 2+ years in Cardiovascular Telemetry or Progressive Care

　　CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

　　Registered Nurse (RN)

　　Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
