About the role: The Cardiology Customer Experience team is actively seeking a dynamic Group Marketing Manager to spearhead the Strategic Transformation Team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of steering integrated commercial planning and prioritization efforts within the Cardiology Group. You will be responsible for facilitating the development of new processes and a robust governance framework, fostering cross-team collaboration, and empowering the Cardiology Group to enhance capabilities. Your overarching goal is to instill a customer-centric ethos across channels, programs, and businesses. Your responsibilities will include: Cardiology Group Prioritization and Alignment Establish a governance structure to drive strategic and executional alignment with commercial leadership and build a clear, data-driven decision-making working model. Manage strategic relationships with enterprise and commercial business unit leadership as well as with key cross-functional stakeholder teams. Facilitate resourcing and use case prioritization process is in place to drive aligned vision and advance omnichannel maturity. Cardiology Group Integrated Commercial Planning Develop and maintain Cardiology Cx commercial use case and phased capability roadmap. Ensure Cardiology Cx goals are considered and appropriately prioritized with other relevant commercial functions in annual and long-term strategic planning process. Refine Cardiology Cx ways of working and use case development process. Change Management Serve as trusted advisor to commercial teams on successful change implementation critical to omnichannel program success. Help lead, initiate, and drive change through upskilling marketing teams through trainings and other educational formats to support omnichannel excellence. Develop onboarding process for omnichannel use case core team members. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across the Cardiology Cx team. May recruit, coach and develop organizational talent, fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.). Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or healthcare-related field. 5+ years in product or multi-channel marketing with an emphasis on omnichannel strategy and customer experience. People leadership experience. Demonstrated change management skills with ability to lead, advocate, influence, and collaborate across various functions at all levels in dynamic, matrix environment. Proven track record of working with and presenting to senior leadership. Ability to travel approximately 10% Preferred qualifications: Foundational knowledge of how global digital technology works with an omnichannel approach. Experience with integrated sales and marketing programs or other foundational omnichannel capabilities.
