　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Collegial group practice with a large referral base The expanding practice Patient care including Inpatient/Outpatient Hospital Rounds as well as Cardiology in office/clinic. Provide the latest diagnostic and treatment options. Will perform basic EP procedures with the ability to perform complex interventions.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Fellowship training in Cardiac Electrophysiology Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiovascular Medicine Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

　　New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $549,540 to $796,500 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
