　　Securitas of Northern New England is now hiring for both full time and part time Campus Security Officers. Our ideal candidate is someone personable, energetic, compassionate and customer service oriented. While a background in security is preferred, we also love to train, teach and mentor individuals with little to no experience.

　　Shift: 6pm-6am, FT and PT shift available

　　Duties include:

　　Patrol and Surveillance: Responsible for patrolling designated areas of the campus, including buildings, parking lots, and grounds. Monitor for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations. This includes conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols.

　　Emergency Response: Must be prepared to respond quickly to various emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, natural disasters, or security threats. Often serve as first responders and may coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and medical personnel.

　　Access Control: Manage access to campus facilities, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. May involve checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring security systems.

　　Security Checks: Conduct routine security checks of campus buildings and facilities to ensure that doors and windows are secure, alarms are functioning correctly, and emergency exits are clear and accessible.

　　Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and any other noteworthy events that occur during their shifts. Prepare detailed incident reports for administrative purposes.

　　Traffic Control: Enforce parking and traffic regulations on campus. Issue warnings or citations for parking violations and assist with traffic flow during special events.

　　Requirements:

　　Strong customer service skills

　　High level of professionalism

　　Walking/standing for long periods of time

　　Flexible work availability

　　Moderate computer knowledge needed

　　MUST have GED or HS Diploma

　　MUST have a valid driver's license

　　At least 18 years old

　　Ability to pass and complete all pre-employment onboarding tasks
