About you and this role
Become part of Dow’s Digital transformation journey through our 3-year IS Defined Development Program! Seize the opportunity to learn, develop, collaborate, and rotate through 3 different Dow Information Systems (IS) teams in Terneuzen (NL). This graduate program aims to broaden your functional and technical expertise, develop cross-discipline capabilities, and nurture your soft skills as an Information Systems professional.
Throughout the program, you’ll work on three different job assignments, becoming familiar with Dow technology, work processes and client interaction. This exposure will prepare you for your pre-defined role within the IS Department in Terneuzen after the completion of the program. You will receive structured training for each assignment and collaboration on projects with colleagues worldwide, including the United States, Brazil, India, and China. Multiple senior Dow leaders will serve as mentors to guide you on this journey.
At the end of the program, you will acquire diverse IT expertise and understanding of various Information Systems roles. In collaboration with functional teams, you’ll design, develop and support solutions and processes in scope of projects aligning with Dow’s Digital Transformation and Data Literacy. Demonstrating your analytical and IT skills you will translate data and work process designs into IT requirements and develop digital solutions to achieve customer satisfaction at the speed of business.
Responsibilities
Support diverse projects that are critical to moving forward Dow’s IT Strategy and digitally transforming the organization. You will work on different assignments and get exposure to different Information Systems expertise areas.
Assist Dow businesses and functions around the world in a variety of process & technology areas - including but not limited to artificial intelligence/machine learning, SAP, analytics, mobile application development, cloud architectures and contemporary security solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s 2023-2024 graduate (latest August 2024) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or Recycling / Sustainability.
Keen interest in Information Technology, tools, and systems.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English, Dutch language is a plus.

Legal entitlement through EU citizenship or a valid VISA for working in the project country.
