DescriptionResponsibilities to include a primary focus on clerical support of the aircraft records function of CAM, as well as general office and administrative assistance.Provide general administrative support. ( Word, Excel, Internet Search, PMI, On Base, ) is familiar with office equipment to include High Speed scanners, copy machines , and printers. Create Excel spreadsheets, word documents, convert PDF document to Excel by use of Adobe Pro softwareInventory Aircraft Records, identify and log contents. Identify and convert historical aircraft records into (digital) PDF documentsNegotiates contracts with suppliers to obtain best prices. Secures competitive quotes from multiple vendors. Establishes and monitors purchasing policies and procedures.Create Aircraft Data Bases by aircraft registration, and assist in populating digital information within the Lease Technical Acceptance List of Aircraft Documents.Assist in on line research of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other required support documentation. Utilize My Boeing Fleet and FAA web sites occasionally required.Create AD or HT component Folders and assist in retrieving required compliance documentation from PMI, On base or other data sources.Other duties as assigned.Requires a High School diploma. Requires at least 2 years of business office experience in a support area or similar environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and e-mail.
