Description We are in search of a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling various types of calls, and providing top-notch customer service. This role is part of the food service industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently

• Utilize multiple computer screens and systems to assist in customer service operations

• Process reservations for multiple restaurant locations

• Support customers with takeout orders, directions, and lost and found queries

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions

• Utilize communication tools such as team collaboration software to liaise with restaurant teams

• Use software like Ring Central and OpenTable to manage customer calls and reservations

• Foster a hospitable mindset when interacting with customers

• Ensure all customer service standards and procedures are adhered to

• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Avaya CMS

• Strong command of various computer programs

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Excellent skills in customer service software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to answer and handle queries professionally

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Proven ability to assist customers effectively

• Understanding of benefit functions

• Proficiency in using Ring Central

• Experience with Opentable software
