　　Job Description

　　Fieldprint call center representatives take incoming calls from customers and clients relating to our electronic fingerprinting and identity management services. Occasional light travel opportunities for mass fingerprint collection may be available.

　　This position pays $17.20hr.

　　Responsibilties

　　Receive incoming calls regarding fingerprinting requestsDetermine locations via phone/computer for fingerprint collectionFollow up with fingerprinting site vendors to obtain all related documentationPrepare and send welcome packets to new clientsProcess fingerprints and channel to the appropriate agencyMonitor and maintain call center telephone line

　　Required Skills

　　Excellent phone, computer, and administrative skillsExcellent customer service skillsProfessional and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and ExcelMust be willing and able to travel

　　Education

　　The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
