　　Your responsibilities

　　Manage and place incoming telephone calls

　　You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

　　Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyCritical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Excellent computer skills
