We are lookingfor individuals who are detail oriented and can work in a fast-pacedenvironment. In this hands-on field position, you will learn from thebest the art of cable installation in new construction, existinginfrastructures, factories, and medical facilities where you willinstall, troubleshoot, and work as a team to get the job done. EssentialDuties & Responsibilities: Installation of low-voltage cabling such asvoice, data, security, paging, nurse-call systems, fiber optic, etc.Cross connect cable Perform fiber splicing and termination of cableaccording to color codes Test for polarity, connectivity, and repairInstall racks and patch panels Set up computer rooms Process paperworkaccurately and timely Maintain compliance with company and OSHA safetystandards Education/Skills/Job Experience Requirements: At least 18years of age High School diploma or GED Solid attention to detail withgood follow-through Ability to work in a team environment withdemonstrated positive attitude Must have valid driver\'s license in goodstanding, a vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance with the abilityto commute to various job sites Flexibility of work hours - Shifts canvary based on customer demands and may include, but is not limited to:occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. Successfully passpre-employment screening Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, lift,twist, turn, and crawl into tight spaces such as desks, cubicles, andceilings.
