　　Job Summary

　　NOTE: This position is Hybrid, meaning working from home two days/week and working in Dallas office three days/week.

　　• This position is responsible for constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

　　• Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

　　• May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.

　　• Produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

　　• May perform research and assist in analyzing financial and health data, including medical algorithms to determine health care expenditures, medical and economic outcomes, and cost containment strategies.

　　• Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

　　• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

　　• Contributes to the development of functional strategy.

　　• Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

　　• Communicates and interacts effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

　　• Complies with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.

　　• Maintains complete confidentiality of company business.

　　• Maintains communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and performs special projects as required or requested.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data OR at least 9 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare dataRequires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertiseAbility to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practicesExperience taking initiative to solve complex problems; takes an "outside -in" perspective to identify innovative solutionsAble to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situationsExperience leading functional teams or projectsAbility to translate complex, technical subjects into clear business-oriented communicationsPresentation and negotiation skillsActs with integrity and maintain a respectful, professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, management, customers and other business contactsComplies with HIPAA, the Code of Business Ethics & Conduct, our Diversity & Inclusion Principles, and other applicable corporate and departmental policiesMaintains complete confidentiality in all matters of company businessMaintains communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities, and performs special projects as required or requested
