　　Leading and coordinating supplier audits and process improvement activities within the Blade & Vane supply chain.

　　The results of your work are of the utmost importance to ensure compliance with Siemens Energy product and process Quality requirements.

　　How You’ll Make an Impact

　　Working with the internal team to co-ordinate and conduct supplier audits across the Blade & Vane supply chain.

　　Develop and drive process improvement plans within the supply chain to reduce NCC (Non-conformance costs) and QN’s (Quality notifications)

　　Co-ordinate and manage Q-Gate 2, R6-R7 and SOMP process within Blade & Vane manufacturing.

　　Ensuring Blade & Vane adherence to internal Quality systems and procedures.

　　Co-ordinate and lead QIS, e-CAPA and 8D activities within Blade & Vane.

　　What You Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering

　　5+ years of experience in Quality Audit experience and certification, Internal and External, including follow-up and closure. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level. Experienced in establishing and maintaining Quality control systems and processes of delivered goods and services according to business and product risks. Familiarity or experience managing Quality Notifications of detected non-conformances, including support, or running of root cause analyses (8D, eCAPA, or QIS)

　　Manufacturing experience - preference to gas turbine industry

　　Knowledge and experience with the PPQ process (Product & Process Qualification) within Blades & Vanes.

　　Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects. Work well within a team environment

　　Strong attention to detail, prior experience in manufacturing, proficiency with SAP, MS Office, and Statistical Analysis.

　　Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

　　Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
