　　Минимални барања: Машински инжинер, дипломиран економист или бизнис администрација или сродно високо образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

　　Position Summary :

　　Plans, implements and reports on purchasing activities, selection and evaluation of suppliers, negotiation and proposals for contracting.

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　• Participates in the preparation of purchasing plans

　　• Plans the needs of materials and purchasing products according to the constructive and technological documentation

　　• Reads and applies classmates, plans materials

　　• Prepares requests for offers, purchases, statements for the needs of transport, freight forwarding and customs services

　　• Prepares or participates in the preparation of customs documentation

　　• Provides and arranges the transportation of goods for the needs of the company and customers as needed

　　• Receives internal and external orders for purchasing, distributes them to appropriate services or suppliers

　　• Monitors order execution and reports on workflow

　　• Keep a list of suppliers

　　• Negotiate with suppliers on terms of delivery

　　• Selects and is responsible for the selection of suppliers according to the terms of delivery

　　• Communicating with suppliers takes care of maintaining the corporate identity and image of the Company

　　• Maintains databases and prepares analyzes and reports on materials and products

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer, Bachelor of economics, MBA or other related univeristy degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

　　Advantage – min. 2 years work experience.
