　　What You Will Do

　　Responsible for achieving annual sales targets by managing a team of sales representatives within the Medical and Surgical line of business. Also participates in crafting a 5-year strategy for the product line.Manages a sales team, overseeing the performance of the Medical and Surgical unit, encompassing products like stretchers, beds, transport chairs, motors, saws, and laparoscopy towers. Additionally, collaborates in the strategic planning of the product line, influencing product portfolio decisions in tandem with the marketing team.Engages in client negotiation and service, aligns sales strategies with business objectives, and oversees the sales team to ensure goal attainment.Assumes a long-term planning role, charting the 5-year trajectory for the business unit.Requires expertise in team management, adeptness in high-pressure environments, and adaptability to frequent changes.Integral part of the Mexican leadership team, fostering direct connections and influence among other departmental managers.Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment between sales strategies and overall organizational goals while contributing to the cohesive functioning of the company's broader operational framework.Exercises complete autonomy in decision-making processes.
