President office serves as the central hub for executive decision-making and strategic direction.

It focuses on ensuring the alignment of company operations with its long-term goals, overseeing executive communications, and facilitating cross-department collaboration.

  Responsibilities

At Microsoft Japan, we are dedicated to fostering business growth and enhancing our organizational and business competencies. We are looking for a dynamic Business Transformation Lead, a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, eager to collaborate, and skilled at inspiring others to exceed their goals. In transformation projects, it is crucial to clearly identify early success stories and disseminate them appropriately. The Business Transformation Lead will pinpoint potential early successes, intensively support their achievement, define what success looks like, and plan and execute communications to share these successes as best practices with stakeholders widely. They will also measure whether each initiative has appropriate goals and KPIs set, and is being planned and executed effectively, visualizing success levels to guide the initiative owners towards the right activities.

Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes. Establishes objectives and success criteria for the project in an inclusive, collaborative manner with all stakeholders.

  4.Program Evaluation and Improvement:

  5.Communication Plan and execution:

Drives internal communications strategy for the organization and develop communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
