Summary

A reputable Christian organization is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support campus constituents in data access and management. The ideal candidate will assist in developing policies, managing projects, and ensuring data integrity while guiding users in effective decision-making and system utilization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT staff to investigate and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues related to business applications.

Assist departments in defining and improving business processes, recommending and implementing appropriate technology solutions.

Plan, monitor, and manage projects aimed at enhancing business process performance.

Gather user requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to address business needs.

Provide end-user training on system usage, data management, and report writing.

Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures across departments.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures for various departments.

Perform system maintenance, updates, and debugging as necessary.

Recommend and implement internal web solutions for improved access to information and resources.

Prepare reports and presentations, and participate in meetings as needed.

Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Have

Strong commitment to the organization’s Christ-centered mission and values.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

General knowledge of databases such as Jenzabar CX/JX, JICS, Linux, SQL, and IBM Informix.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical writing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with diverse groups.

Nice to Have

Experience in developing functional and semi-technical specifications.

Familiarity with data validation criteria and report standards.

Skills in creating and editing written materials.

Ability to make informed administrative decisions and conduct thorough investigations and analyses.
