A Typical Day

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the execution of business specific processes using the software development lifecycle and/or project management life cycle, developing and analyzing reports, and day to day administrative activities as needed. As the Systems Analyst , you will create and maintain system and user documentation.

The Business Systems Analyst will:

Gather business requirements, and interpret them into practical technical solutions

Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment

Coordinate and conduct testing

Coordinate and deliver training

Create and maintain project plans

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in Loan Servicing, Loan Origination, or Data Analysis a plus

Knowledge in Crystal Reports (or equivalent) a plus

SQL Server/.NET experience a plus

XML/EDI experience a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
