　　Develop, distribute, and coordinate in-depth end-user reviews formodified and new systems or applications.

　　Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to definebusiness, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, andidentify and resolve systems issues.

　　Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis todefine outcome criteria and measurements taking actions.

　　Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of newapplications, and enhancements to existing applications.

　　Review and analyze existing systems and develop effective and efficientstrategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

　　Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to providedirection to system programmers.

　　Serve as the primary contact between the organization and the softwaredevelopment team.

　　Manages subcontractor relationships.

　　Work with Project Management to develop project timelines and budgets.

　　Coordinate and perform in-depth testing.

　　Provide orientation and training to end users.

　　Latitude and Impact of Position

　　This position works daily to obtain information, provide input, andproblem solve independently and as part of a team, while researching andusing extensive technical and industry knowledge. Most work projects areassigned, then the employee arranges his/her work tasks for completionwithin established timeframes. Decision making may be done independentlywhen related to own work tasks and when decisions do not impact otherdepartments. All purchase requests require supervisory approval.Successful completion of job tasks impacts internal systems, processesand procedures, operating costs, and customer satisfaction.
