　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　The Business Systems Analyst role is results-oriented, reporting to the Finance Director and acting as the key liaison between CCL Hospitality Group Finance and Corporate Support Departments to enhance operational success and foster innovation. This position features cross functionality with opportunity for career development. Responsibilities include the development and customization of applications and solutions utilizing the Office 365 platform. This role works closely with the CEO, CFO, and Corporate Support Leadership to implement projects, streamline workflows, and provide SG&A financial support. Associate will gain exposure to all department teams within the corporate support structure including Finance, Strategic Projects and Optimization, Marketing, Design, Culinary, Nutrition Health and Wellness, and Operations Leadership.

　　DUTIES:

　　Design, develop, and assist to implement custom solutions and applications that integrate with the Office 365 suite of tools, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.

　　Customize and extend existing Office 365 applications to meet specific business requirements. This may involve creating custom workflows, forms, and integration points.

　　Create and maintain existing reports/dashboards in partnership with the CCL-HG data and analytics team.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.

　　Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize Power Platform applications.

　　Coordinate and assist with implementation of Best Practices for operational and corporate reporting, training, and analysis

　　Work closely with cross-functional leaders for input and project implementation .

　　Keep abreast of the latest Office 365 updates, features, and best practices to ensure that solutions are built using the latest technologies and standards .

　　Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.

　　10% Travel may be involved with certain projects and corporate initiative implementations.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　EDUCATION:

　　Four (4) years of Computer Science, Information Technology, accounting/finance degree, or related field .

　　WORK EXPERIENCE:

　　2+ years of accounting/finance , Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

　　Previous internship or project experience in low-code application development is a plus.

　　Experience within food service or a directly related industry a plus.

　　Experience with a large company (> $3 billion sales preferred) a plus.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

　　Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies.

　　Problem-solving, process improvement, strategy, flexibility and adaptability.

　　Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to set goals, objectives, and tasks to efficiently meet timelines.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required).

　　Strong data analytics skills (database and data visualization software skills a plus).

　　Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database technologies.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable presenting in front of groups and different levels of management.

　　Willingness to master application development utilizing PowerApps.

　　Willingness to master workflow development utilizing PowerAutomate.
