　　Position Summary: The Business Support Specialist reports to the Managing Director / Head of Sales and Marketing EMEAI and supports the German and EMEAI Leadership team with plans and activities to drive measurement, analysis and presentation of priorities in support of the enterprise and business unit’s goals and objectives.

　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　Responsible for business operations support for the leadership team’s operating rhythm and provide direct administrative support to the Head of Sales & Marketing EMEA and General Managers at our sites in Norderstedt and Henstedt-Ulzburg in Germany

　　Sales & Marketing support for reporting and analysis to drive sales objectives, business opportunities and risks, as well as market trends and drivers

　　Airshow and industry conference support in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams

　　Create company presentations for internal and external use in collaboration with parties involved such as the Global Marketing and Communications Team

　　Support different international projects while working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

　　Lead and/or support initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, performance measurement and roll-out of sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

　　Organize and facilitate onsite and virtual internal meetings, summarize meeting outcomes and follow up on actions captured

　　Communication at the German and EMEAI sites in regards to site initiatives, public events for customers and suppliers, Boeing events in country or at the site, as well as community engagements

　　Support on ad-hoc actions from site management

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

　　Relevant work experience, ideally in aerospace

　　Business acumen with a focus on analysis, controlling, reporting

　　Profound Project Management experience

　　Excellent analytical and reporting skills as well as advanced Microsoft Office knowledge with a focus on Excel and presentation tools, experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Fluency in English and German

　　Enjoys managing multiple and competing priorities

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

　　Typical Education:

　　Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Related Field of Study (Master’s Degree preferred)
