　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. As a Advisory Consultant, Sustainability is an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sustainability & Climate, including GHG management and climate risk.

　　Your primary responsibilities include:

　　He/she/they will be responsible for designing and implementing ESG principles to evolve and accelerate our clients' journey to sustainability specific to climate risk and carbon management.

　　This role will have demonstrated experience implementing industry environmental standards such as GHG Protocol calculation (Scope 1, 2, and 3), TCFD, GRI, GHG Protocol, PCAF, and ISO.

　　Support the development and delivery of sustainability services such as ESG due diligence, ESG materiality Assessments, GHG accounting, impact analysis and sustainability strategy.

　　Possess knowledge of regional and international sustainability benchmarks, frameworks, and standards such as IFC, SASB, GRI, CDP, Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) and Science-based Target Initiative (SBTi).

　　Understanding of data management, building, transforming and implementing foundational data capabilities at the enterprise level for carbon tracking and measurement

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Overall 12+ years of experience and 5 years of experience with developing and implementing GHG target methodology and approaches for carbon intensive sectors

　　2-5 years of experience with carbon setting and target design and implementation

　　Experience carbon performance management (dashboards or carbon management systems)

　　3-5 yrs of experience in consulting (strategy evaluation and development as well as solution implementation; management system design and implementation)

　　Understanding of data management, building, transforming and implementing foundational data capabilities at the enterprise level for carbon tracking and measurement.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
