Overview
Assess and establish business resilience on client engagements to reduce business risk for Accenture and our clients.
Talent Segment: Security
Support the Business Resilience Management (BRS) program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM Policy and methodology.
This includes:
Supporting the development of customized business resilience services to meet business requirements.
Creation of new solutions / modification of existing solutions in support of Business Continuity Plans and services so as supporting alignment of new clients and/or services to the business resilience program.
Liaison with Accenture business projects / functions to provide support and guidance on the development & maintenance of business continuity plans & providing business continuity expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting exercising, assessments, communication, and training programs for the business to provide effective management of the business resilience program.
Supporting the BCM incident management activities within the crisis management processes and monitor lesson learned related to BCM.
Providing input into operational metrics for progress and compliance of business continuity plans for leadership review so as tracking compliance to the agreed business continuity controls through ongoing reviews.
Provide support to business with regards to events, as required.
We are looking for a person who would become part of Global Business Resilience Services Team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business environment
Basic understanding on Business Continuity Management process
Project Management skills
Analytical skills
Ability to work independently
English, Spanish and Portuguese (preferred)
